Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

1. Operator and Scope

OwedNext is operated by Pei Guoqiang (裴国强), an individual operator located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (中国浙江省杭州市滨江区) ("OwedNext", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern the website, public interactive demo, account access, and authenticated product workspace.

OwedNext is intended for US B2B agencies, studios, and consultancies managing commercial invoice follow-up. The current signed-in product is an MVP and is not a complete software service.

2. Current Demo and Planned Product

The demo uses fixed sample data, deterministic overdue-day rules, and fixed reminder templates. It does not connect to live accounting or email accounts, analyze real communications, send messages, or use a production AI service. Production AI, accounting connections, email delivery, and automated workflows are possible future features whose scope may change during research and development.

Do not enter real customer, invoice, payment, card, bank, or financial information into the public demo. Only the signed-in product workspace is designed to save customer name, customer email, invoice amount, due date, payment and workflow status, contact dates, next-action dates, short reply summaries, and internal notes. No accounting platform or bank synchronization is connected, so users must add or import invoices and update payment status themselves.

You may enter business invoice data in the authenticated workspace only if you are authorized to do so and have provided any notice required by applicable law. Do not upload card numbers, bank credentials, tax identifiers, invoice attachments, or unrelated sensitive information.

3. Accounts and Current MVP Access

You may request a magic-link sign-in directly. The first successful sign-in creates one personal Workspace. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

Current signed-in Workspace access is free MVP testing access. Signing in does not create a paid order, subscription, payment obligation, future price lock, or promise that a particular feature will be built.

Free MVP testing does not promise permanent free use. We will disclose any future trial activation or paid-service terms before enforcing them or accepting payment.

4. Planned Trial and Pricing

The current intended commercial offer is a 14-day free trial followed by one Starter plan at $19 USD per month. This is a plan for a future usable service, not an offer to purchase through the current website; checkout and billing are not connected.

The planned trial will not require a card. It is intended to begin when a user creates or imports the first invoice, not when the user creates an account. The planned trial allowance is up to 10 active invoices.

At the end of the trial, creating new invoices and new workflow actions are intended to pause unless the user actively subscribes. Saved records would remain available to view, export, mark paid, close, or delete. Once purchased, the monthly subscription is intended to renew until canceled; cancellation would stop the next renewal.

The planned Starter allowance is one Workspace, one user, up to 30 active invoices. No automatic overage charges are planned. Production AI is not included in this launch promise and may be tested separately later. These limits are not implemented in the current preview and may be refined before billing launches. Final included features, renewal, cancellation, refund, payment-provider, and tax information will be shown before payment is accepted.

5. Business Use and Human Review

OwedNext is workflow software, not a law firm, accounting practice, financial adviser, professional debt collector, credit reporting service, or substitute for professional advice. Drafts, classifications, timing suggestions, and workflow previews are not legal, financial, accounting, or professional collection advice.

You must verify the debt, invoice, contract, payment status, recipient, and applicable local law, and manually review every message before sending it. Do not use OwedNext to harass, threaten, deceive, or pursue a debt you know is disputed or invalid.

6. Results and Availability

OwedNext does not promise that a reminder, workflow, or future feature will recover money, obtain a response, improve recovery rates, or be suitable for a particular agreement or jurisdiction. Sample dashboard figures are illustrative mock data, not customer results. The demo may change or be temporarily unavailable during development.

7. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The software, visual design, documentation, and copy on the OwedNext website are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the public demo for evaluation, but may not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, or copy the service in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Third-party product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies tools that research participants may use and does not imply an integration, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with OwedNext.
