Know What to Do Next With Each Overdue Invoice You Track.
OwedNext is an early invoice follow-up MVP for US B2B agencies, studios, and consultancies: track what an overdue invoice is waiting on, when to follow up, and what needs human attention next.
Sign in to create a private Workspace and save your own invoice records. The separate interactive demo uses sample data only.

Features
A focused workflow to
decide what happens next
The current demo validates the workflow before costly integrations or production AI are selected. Nothing is connected, scheduled, or sent.
Next-Action Queue
See which invoice needs attention, what it is waiting on, and the next date or action to review.
Research Before Integration
Actual MVP usage will help select the first accounting integration. No platform is promised today.
State-Aware Workflow Preview
The demo distinguishes no response, payment promises, missing documents, disputes, and paid invoices.
Sample Action Dashboard
Preview a work queue built from fixed mock invoices. All amounts and activity remain sample data.
Human-Reviewed Drafts
Fixed templates work today. Optional AI drafting may be tested later, with usage limits and review before any send.
Professional & Respectful
Keep reminders clear, professional, and respectful, even when an invoice has been overdue for weeks.
How It Works
See the workflow in four simple steps
The interactive demo tests whether status and next-action guidance are useful before a production integration or AI provider is chosen.
Choose a Sample Case
Compare no-response, payment-promise, and missing-document scenarios in a fixed sample account.
Review Status and Next Action
See how a fixed workflow state can send an invoice to drafting, waiting, or human review.
Draft Only When Appropriate
Generate a fixed template for no-response cases. Promises and disputes pause the normal reminder flow.
See What Happens Next
Preview the next-action queue and simulated reply classification. Nothing is scheduled or sent.
Why OwedNext
OwedNext is testing a clearer way to help manage what happens next.
These are product hypotheses, not launched capabilities. The interactive demo uses fixed sample states; production AI and integrations remain undecided.

FAQ
OwedNext FAQ
How access, the planned trial, pricing, and the current MVP work.
Can I sign in and use OwedNext now?
Yes. The signed-in MVP can save manually entered or CSV-imported invoice records in your private Workspace. It does not yet include production AI, accounting connections, email delivery, automated follow-up, billing, or subscription enforcement.
How do I get started?
Choose Sign in / Start free and enter your work email. Your first successful sign-in creates one private Workspace. When email delivery is configured, the one-time link is sent by email; a local development fallback may show the link on screen instead.
What is the planned price?
The intended launch offer is one Starter plan at $19 USD per month after a 14-day free trial. There is no lower first-year promotional tier. This is a pricing preview only: checkout and subscriptions are not connected today.
How will the free trial and cancellation work?
The planned 14-day trial will not require a card and is intended to start when the user creates or imports the first invoice, not when the account is created. It will allow up to 10 active invoices. When it ends, new invoices and new workflow actions will pause unless the user actively subscribes; saved records will remain available to view, export, mark paid, close, or delete. Trial enforcement and subscription checkout are not active in the current MVP.
What will the Starter plan include?
The current plan is one Workspace, one user, and up to 30 active invoices. Manual entry, CSV import and export, activity history, the next-action queue, and the dashboard are planned to be included. Production AI is not included in this launch promise and may be tested later only if real usage shows it reduces maintenance work. Limits are not implemented in the current preview and may be refined before billing launches; no automatic overage charge is planned.
Which accounting platform will OwedNext support first?
That has not been selected. The current MVP works with manual entry and CSV import. OwedNext is not promising simultaneous QuickBooks and Xero support.
What can I do in the demo right now?
You can choose a sample overdue invoice, review a deterministic days-overdue rule suggestion, adjust the tone, generate a fixed-template reminder draft, simulate a hard-coded reply classification, and preview the dashboard. Previous communication is read-only sample context and is not analyzed.
Who is OwedNext for, and does it guarantee recovery?
OwedNext is intended for US B2B agencies, studios, and consultancies following up commercial invoices. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional collection advice and cannot guarantee payment or recovery. Verify the debt, contract, payment status, and local law, and manually review every message before sending.
